Preparing the Body, Opening the Breath
When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace

Our experience shows that breathwork sessions tend to unfold more deeply when the body and heart space are consciously opened beforehand. Preparing the nervous system and softening the physical body allows the breath to move more freely and safely.
To support this, we may incorporate accessible yoga based movement, TRE (Tension / Trauma Release Exercises) , intuitive somatic flow, gentle mobility sequences, guided heart focused meditation, energy tapping, vocal toning, sound immersion, breath awareness exercises and grounding rituals.
We may also include shaking techniques to release stored tension, guided visualisation, partner connection exercises and conscious embodiment practices.
There is no performance and no competition. Everything is offered as a supportive option, with modifications for every body and every level of experience. You are invited to arrive as you are, soften gradually and feel at home in yourself before we begin the breathwork journey.
For Retreat participants, the Friday programme includes an additional one hour dedicated body opening session. This extended space allows for deeper nervous system regulation, heart opening and embodiment before the weekend’s immersive breathwork process begins.
